Summary:
This position will support manufacturing operations by monitoring production processes, analyzing process data, and assisting with process optimization efforts to improve product quality and production efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain manufacturing process parameters. Collect, analyze, and report process performance data. Support yield improvement and quality enhancement initiatives. Investigate process-related issues and identify root causes. Assist in validating new processes and production conditions. Maintain process documentation, work instructions, and operating procedures. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to implement process improvements. Support process change management and continuous improvement activities. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. PE work management, FTT Monitoring, yield improvement Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3
R Standards:
Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Vocational Certificate or Associates Degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience Journeyman's certificate or equivalent preferred
Experience:
1-3+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in manufacturing environment or equivalent relevant experience required Understanding of production and processing equipment Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
Skills:

MS Office Suite Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
