Warehouse Operations Analyst

About the Role This position focuses on improving warehouse operations through data analysis and technology. You'll support warehouse systems, help implement new tools, and work closely with teams to improve efficiency and processes. Key Responsibilities Analyze warehouse operations data to identify improvement opportunities Support warehouse management systems and troubleshoot issues Assist in implementing new tools and system enhancements Create training materials for warehouse staff Train employees on new processes and technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows Provide ongoing support for operational and technical systems Required Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in operations, engineering, or a related field Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic understanding of data analysis Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience working in a warehouse environment Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems Experience with SQL or Python Background in data analysis Experience training staff or supporting system implementations Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Job Disclaimer Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
