Morristown, M Station About the Job Collaborate with Medical & Clinical and Country Quality (MCCQ) transversal stakeholders, acting as a Digital and Data Subject Matter Expert to support continuous improvement across transversal activities that simplify processes, increase QMS performance, improve compliance and add business value, with a focus on the digital platform, programming and data analytics. Main Responsibilities Project Management Obtain and analyze data to identify and manage risk and identify process improvement opportunities Leads/supports process improvement projects with operations/teams to simplify processes, increase performance, improve compliance and add business value (e.g. For Computerized Systems or as identified). Ensure early identification of project quality risks, determining potential resolutions, appropriate escalation, communicating status, tracking and timely remediation. Drives the development and/or update of the quality management system to support the project deliverables. Design and build useful performance measurements and reports to monitor project Progress. Digital and data Conduct advanced data visualization and analytics from a broad variety of sources (e.g. stakeholders, customers, systems) using relevant Sanofi approved tools (e.g. Power BI) to create and manage dashboards, reports and presentations Perform data preparation and transformation; data mining and extracting data Analyze large amounts of complex datasets to find patterns and derive actionable insights; Assess the use of available tools across activities to identify improvement opportunities that increase performance, improve compliance and add business value with automation (e.g. PSMF, Inspection Readiness Tool, Country Quality Review, Performance Reviews to Management) Support for specific needs in various data storage systems (e.g. QualiPSO/Veeva Vault and related databases) including identification and monitoring of system enhancements Provide leadership for information management by staying abreast of company changes in technologies and support the adoption of new tools and change management. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and establish structured communication plans and promote information sharing Engage in MCCQ community of Data Analysts and Data Scientists and support team in AI upskilling and Power BI continued education Support webmaster and digital communication activities for the department at large (creating and maintaining SharePoints, webpages, social network) Support specific projects in the digital domain eg liaison with various Digital Quality Teams About you Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree with Work experience managing projects, digital platform reporting, programming and data analytics. Experience with data preparation and data visualization tools (Power BI), and working with large datasets; knowledge of data modelling concepts A key eye for improvement opportunities and the demonstrated ability to add business value through the successful execution of complex process improvement projects and/or initiatives. An expert collaborator, influencer, negotiator with stakeholders. Operational excellence, project management, continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Kaizen), change management and data management & analytics.
