Job Description

IUSS Subject Matter Expert SHINE Systems is looking for an IUSS Subject Matter Expert to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • 40% local travel between Bethesda and Manassas Required Qualifications
  • Approximately twelve years of fleet operational experience directly related to ASW operations, systems, and theory; OR a bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution in Mathematics, Physics, Acoustics, or Engineering combined with approximately ten years of fleet operational experience directly related to ASW operations, systems, and theory.
  • Experience working at an IUSS site supporting mission operations.
This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract. We are currently building a team of qualified candidates to be proposed for this upcoming project.
Compensation & Pay Scale:
    Salary Range:
    $55,000 to $130,000
      Determination:
      The final salary offered will be based on the awarded contract funding and the selected candidate's experience, education, and geographic location.
