Operational Language Analyst 1 - Chinese

Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks required to process voice and/or graphic language materials in support of SIGINT operations.
• Demonstrate skills recovering essential elements of information.
• Render translations and/or transcripts that are complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken material.
• Gist straightforward, factual written and/or spoken material.

Hard Requirements:

• Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
• Counter-Intelligence Polygraph with willingness to obtain a Full Scope Polygraph
• Two years of full-time intelligence experience
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent from other countries.
• Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) Skill Level 2 in Audio or Graphic
• Two years performing cryptologic language processing: scanning, recovering essential elements of information (EEIs), gisting, translating, transcribing, compiling working aids and databases.
• For one year of the two, primary duties must include: translating, transcribing, and gisting.
