Space Operations PlannerThe Opportunity:

Provide support to a space operations program and Joint forums. Draft plans, instructions, assessments, and requirements related to space operations. Provide analysis on Space Order of Battle, operational readiness, and mission impacts.

You Have:

10+ years of experience with military operations, strategic planning, cyberspace operations, or space operationsExperience planning, supporting, or coordinating functions and capabilities that support strategic and operational space capabilitiesKnowledge of space operations, space control, space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), or satellite communicationsActive TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph examAssociate's degree and 7+ years of experience with DoD space operations, Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with DoD space operations, or 9+ years of experience with DoD space operations in lieu of a degree

Experience supporting Navy and Joint space strategic, operational, and tactical environmentsExperience leading and organizing working groupsKnowledge of both fleet and national space architectures and network designsKnowledge of Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO), Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO), information operations (IO), electronic warfare, or electromagnetic spectrum operationsKnowledge of Over-the-Horizon-Targeting (OTHT) in support of space operationsAbility to develop associated strategies and implementation planning for future Navy and Joint space systemsAbility to develop written artifacts supporting space operationsTS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
