Greenfield Engineering, a Saalex Company is seeking Senior Operations Research Analyst in Patuxent River, MD. This position is supporting the Presidential Helicopter Program Office (PMA-274). The incumbent provides guidance and oversight across Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities, supporting program execution in areas including budgeting, acquisition, scheduling, contracting, test and evaluation, and program management. This role supports the coordination of government and contractor efforts to ensure programs meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives, while contributing to acquisition and program documentation across the lifecycle.

$150k-$170k annually (depending on experience)
Work Location:
Onsite.
Essential Functions:
Support IPT activities across budgeting, scheduling, acquisition, contracting, and test efforts Track RFPs and contract awards, including development of technical evaluation inputs Develop and coordinate program documentation, plans, and requirements Manage Procurement Initiation Documentation (PID) and support program-level inputs Track and coordinate funding documents, spend plans, and budget data calls Interface with government, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure program alignment and execution Other duties as assigned or required
Requirements Required:
Experience supporting program management, acquisition, or IPT activities
Knowledge of:
Budgeting and financial tracking processes Contracting and acquisition lifecycle Program planning and scheduling Experience developing or supporting: Program documentation Acquisition artifacts Budget and planning materials Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teams Familiarity with mission systems and avionics
Desired:
Experience supporting NAVAIR programs (PMA-274 preferred) Experience with: Procurement Initiation Documentation (PID) Program Planning, Programming, and Budgeting (PPBE) processes Technical evaluation development for contract awards Familiarity with: Test and evaluation processes Defense acquisition lifecycle and documentation Experience working in IPT or multi-disciplinary program environments
Education/Years of Experience:
Bachelor's degree in: Engineering, Operations Research, Business, or related discipline Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Security Clearance:
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required. Must be eligible to obtain a YW clearance.
