We are looking to fill a key position as a Coordinator of Quality and Process Improvement . The role of Continuous Improvement is directly responsible for enacting the organizations initiatives related to process analysis, improvement, and sustained development. The role supports the Director of Quality and Process Improvement initiatives and activities to ensure an integrated lateral system of CI communication and culture. In this role, the individual will be accountable for partnering with operational VP's, Service Line Directors, and Directors to identify, develop, and execute continuous improvement initiatives to drive patient experiences, organizational health improvements, 'near miss' reductions, and productivity while meeting safety and quality standards. When your shift ends, four seasons of recreation is right outside your door! Kalkaska County is an outdoor wonderland with abundant natural resources.
