  • Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to our standards of quality and presentation. This position is perfect for individuals looking to advance their culinary skills and contribute to a dynamic kitchen team. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items. Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients using various kitchen tools and knives. Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred, but not required. Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow within the food industry.
