This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading change, coaching teams, and wants to grow into a future Plant Operations leadership role . What You'll Do Lead Improvement Initiatives Run high-impact Kaizen events to improve productivity, quality, and cost Identify opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate waste Drive Results That Stick Create 30/60/90-day plans to sustain improvements Track results and ensure long-term success Coach & Develop Teams Train employees on Lean tools and problem-solving methods Mentor teams to build a culture of ownership and continuous learning Partner with Leadership Work with plant leaders to prioritize key improvement projects Use data and analytics to guide decisions and improve performance Lean Expert Apply tools like: 6S (workplace organization & safety) Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
