Pay Range 31 to 35

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join the company, a premier supplier, in Walker, MI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract, organize, and validate data from various databases to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making activities.
Workload Management:

Assist in the allocation and prioritization of tasks and projects across teams, ensuring efficient resource utilization and timely completion of deliverables.

    Financial and Metric Tracking:

    Monitor, analyze, and report on financial performance and key business metrics.

    • Prepare regular dashboards and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other common business applications.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
