Salary:

Position Responsibilities:

+ Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Manufacturing Processes, providing technical leadership and driving process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet organizational goals using Continuous Improvement methodologies + Adhere to all established safety, health and qual ity General Manufacturing Process (GMP) policies, procedures and practices for the company + Oversee the optimal operation of the ir assigned plant's M anufacturing P rocesses i.e., hands on process adjustments , changes to maintain required productivity , etc. Including Centerline documents and Process Control Plans + Manage the documentation, tooling audits, and maintenance direction of all tooling used in the Manufacturing Process including change activities and processes + A pply statistical methods to improve process capability and reduc e process variation + Participate on Continuous Quality Improvement team for plant process improvement + Travel up to 10% + Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor's D egree with 8 plus years of Process M anagement experience or H igh S chool Diploma /G eneral E ducation D iploma with 10 plus years of Process M anagement experience

Preferred Education and Experience:
