Responsibilities for a Business Process Analyst include but are not limited to

• Maintain post-monitoring plans and process documentation to support the assigned business function.
• Create, document, control, and continuously improve end-to-end business processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions using process excellence principles and related tools.
• Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to execute basic process enhancements.
• Monitor and recognize trends, gaps, and inefficiencies within existing processes.
• Identify, document, and report process issues and defects.
• Analyze data to determine root causes of issues or defects, identify trends, and propose solutions or new capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement data-driven improvements and resolve operational challenges.
• Demonstrate creativity and innovation by sharing ideas, adapting to change, and positively accepting evolving strategies.
• Provide guidance and direction to others as needed.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and stronganizational skills while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Candidates for Business Process Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, business process analysis, workflow analysis, process mapping, or abination tof.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience analyzing large datasets or spreadsheets to identify defects, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to continuous improvement methodologies and cognitive analysis to evaluate data, calculate results, and make informed business decisions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while also working independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Intermediate proficiency in PC-based software and automated database management systems, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay Details:
