We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist who can help bring that philosophy to life across our organization. This role is part facilitator, part coach, part industrial engineer, and part relationship builder. You'll work in the field, office, and manufacturing environments to identify sources of frustration, improve processes, and help teams solve problems together. You'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities and the support to bring the right people together to solve them. As Guarantee expands its manufacturing and prefabrication capabilities, you'll also help introduce proven continuous improvement principles and tools that support safer work, stronger systems, and better outcomes. This isn't about implementing a program. It's about helping people build better. What You'll Do Listen to the People Closest to the Work Spend time where work happens. Build relationships with field leaders, project teams, support departments, and manufacturing partners. Learn how work actually gets done and identify opportunities to make it safer, simpler, and more effective. Facilitate Improvement Lead improvement workshops, process reviews, and problem-solving sessions that bring together the right people to improve the work. Help teams uncover root causes, test solutions, and implement practical improvements that reduce frustration and strengthen performance. Build Continuous Improvement Capability Help operationalize CI and develop champions throughout the organization to support workflow design, production planning, material movement, quality, and operational effectiveness. Provide coaching, training, and practical tools that make improvement accessible to everyone, regardless of role or experience level. Turn Ideas into Action Help teams move from identifying problems to implementing solutions. Track improvement initiatives, capture lessons learned, and help successful ideas spread across the organization. What Success Looks Like Success in this role is not measured by the number of events facilitated or reports generated.

Relationship Building - You build trust across all levels of the organization, from field teams to executives. Qualifications Experience in Continuous Improvement, Operations, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, QA/QC, or related fields. Working knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, A3 Thinking, or similar improvement methodologies. Experience facilitating workshops, process improvement efforts, or operational initiatives. Construction, manufacturing, or industrial experience is beneficial. Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
