| Operations Specialist II | St. Louis, MO A highly respected investment management firm is seeking an Operations Specialist II to join its collaborative and employee-focused team. This role is ideal for someone with financial services, banking, investment operations, or accounting-related experience who enjoys working with details, solving problems, and keeping critical processes running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Process client account and investment transactions Handle cash movements and portfolio updates Maintain account and investment data Work with brokers and custodians to resolve issues Assist with operational projects and process improvements
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in financial services, banking, investments, accounting, or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree preferred but flexibility exists for the right candidate
Compensation & Benefits:
$120,000•$150,000 base salary Bonus opportunity 401(k) match and profit sharing Comprehensive benefits package PTO and holidays Professional development reimbursement Paid parking
Schedule:
Full-time, onsite position Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM•4:00 PM This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, successful organization known for its strong culture, long employee tenure, and commitment to taking care of its people.
Pay:
$120,000.00•$150,000.00 per year
