D&G is seeking a highly motivated and talented Mission Assurance (MA) Operations Analyst to support USTRANSCOM's Mission Assurance Program. The Mission Assurance Operations Analyst serves as an integral member of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team within the Command's Mission Assurance (MA) Operations Branch. Operating in a fast-paced and demanding environment, this position directly supports MA operations and contributes to the ongoing protection and effectiveness of global

missions. What You Will Do Serve as a member of an integrated, dynamic team, performing in direct support of the Command's MA Operations Branch activities. Adapt to changes in operational tempo across MA Operations Task Areas as directed by senior leadership, including the Global Operations Center Chief, TCJ3 Director, and
USTRANSCOM
Commander. Provide direct support for MA Operations activities, including risk to mission and risk to force assessments, Common Operational Picture (COP) requirements, Mission Assurance Working Group facilitation, activity monitoring and reporting, Counter-Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS), and the Vendor Threat Mitigation Program. Drive continuous improvement of integrated processes and programs as new opportunities are identified. Document activities in accordance with applicable policies, ensuring strict compliance with all security requirements. Support after-action reviews and contribute recommendations for corrective actions to enhance operational outcomes.
What We Are Looking For Required:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, strategy, or related field Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience supporting MA global operations, specifically in Risk to Mission and Risk to Force identification, assessment, and mitigation At least 5 years of experience supporting Combatant Command (CCMD) operations At least 5 years of experience supporting
CCMD COP
utilization
Required Core Competencies:
Strategic thinking and ability to synchronize complex programs Strong communication and briefing skills Analytical skills for risk, mission decomposition, and operational assessment Relationship building across DoD, interagency, and commercial partners Ability to operate effectively under demanding, time sensitive conditions Clearance and Eligibility Active DoD Secret clearance required with ability to obtain TS/SCI Restricted to U.S. persons as defined under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) Location On Site at USTRANSCOM- Scott AFB, Illinois Occasional travel required Who We Are At D&G Solutions, people come first; our teammates, customers, and the communities we serve.
