You will work closely across Supply Chain Management to design better ways of working, facilitate Kaizens that deliver measurable results, and apply continuous improvement practices within our operating system. This role blends hands-on problem solving with strategic thinking, using data and structured methods to turn opportunities into standard work that scales. Our tools set the standard. Our workshops turn ideas into action. And your work directly influences how the supply chain operates—supporting consistent execution, waste elimination, and a culture of continuous improvement across procurement, planning, and operations. How you'll make an impact Identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and turn improvements into standard work. Drive continuous improvement using the Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System. Lead Kaizens and structured problem-solving activities with measurable results. Champion a continuous improvement culture across Supply Chain Management. ITM practices such as 5S, Visual Management, Kaizen, and Daily Management. Shape processes, tools, and metrics that enable consistent execution. Partner with the Tools & Methods team to define digital workflows that reduce manual effort. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your back-ground Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or operational roles. Hands-on experience leading Kaizens and cross-functional problem solving. Strong familiarity with Lean tools such as value stream mapping and standard work. Solid process and data skills, including KPI analysis and SOP development. A self-directed approach with strong ownership, follow-through, and collaboration skills.
