Job Description

We are currently seeking an Associate Sales Analyst to join our team. This position will be hybrid from Nashua, New Hampshire.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with global forecasting processes in Vena, including Last Time Buy (LTB) reporting, forecast updates, and alignment changes Conduct monthly and ad hoc forecasting analysis for Commercial BUs; support forecast reviews, chase calls, and New Business Opportunity (NBO) movement tracking Partner with Sales, Business Unit (BU) leaders, and Finance to align forecasts, resolve discrepancies, and support strategic planning Prepare forecasting and opportunity analysis presentations for leadership, including monthly reporting and one-off requests Support annual strategy and budgeting process, including forecast setup, data consolidation, and cross-functional coordination Maintain and improve NBO and forecasting tools, including user management, data alignment, and process enhancements Manage QlikView reporting and data accuracy, including daily reporting, sales matrix support, and part number/OEM alignment research Provide ongoing support to Sales teams, including troubleshooting tools (Vena/NBO), managing SharePoint resources, and handling ad hoc data and reporting requests
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience High proficiency with Excel Intermediate skills are required in Microsoft word and PowerPoint
