Job Description:

Yoh has an immediate, 12 month contract opportunity, as a Operations Reporting Analyst within the Utilities industryto join our client, Onsite , to report to their office in Plainfield, NJ $30-35//hr. 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday,8AM-430PM You must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills , including the ability to analyze, manipulate, and reconcile large datasets using formulas and lookup functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), create pivot tables, and maintain accurate operational reports.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Due to the client site nature of this role, we are unable to support OPT or

STEM OPT

employment, including completion of Form I-983

• Provides administrative and operational support for the client project by researching service line records, creating and tracking work orders, and resolving unknown service line data.

The role supports project goals through data management, customer communication, and investigative coordination. What You Will Be Doing Research, verify, and update service records to support client project requirements. Create Map Call work orders and coordinate investigative activities. Maintain and update project tracking tools, including Excel spreadsheets. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person regarding service line investigations. Support cross-functional teams with documentation and project tracking. Who You Are HS Diploma or GED required Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence, scheduling, and follow-ups Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyze, manipulate, and reconcile large datasets using formulas and lookup functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP ), create pivot tables, and maintain accurate operational reports. Ability to manage inbox communications and respond to customer and internal inquiries in a timely manner Demonstrated ability to interact with customers in a courteous, patient, and professional manner Experience handling questions, concerns, or requests while maintaining a positive customer experience Strong attention to detail when researching, updating, and validating service records Ability to maintain organized records and ensure information is accurate and up to date

• Experience within Operations Support, Utilities, Public Works or related field will be looked at before all others
