Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Follow established recipes and menu specifications to deliver authentic flavors Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures Assist with menu planning to introduce new pizza varieties and seasonal specials Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Support food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients, assembling toppings, and portioning dough Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours Skills Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles preferred Strong culinary skills with a focus on pizza preparation and food presentation Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Excellent knife skills for efficient ingredient preparation Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering services Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with restaurant or kitchen experience within the food industry or fine dining settings Strong understanding of food service protocols, including serving and food safety regulations Skilled in food preparation, cooking methods, and food industry best practices Join us as a Pizza specialist and bring your culinary passion to life!
