A leading, multi-strategy hedge fund is seeking a highly organized and proactive Investment Coordinator to support a team of Senior Portfolio Managers. This is a high-impact role offering direct exposure to the investment process and close partnership with senior professionals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and thrives in a behind-the-scenes role that is critical to the efficiency and effectiveness of a top-tier investment team. The Opportunity Partner with Portfolio Managers and analysts to support day-to-day investment operations, administrative needs, and research coordination Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including detailed, multi-leg itineraries Manage corporate access logistics, including investor meetings, site visits, conferences, and roadshows Serve as a key liaison between investment professionals, sell-side counterparts, and corporate management teams Organize, maintain, and distribute research materials, notes, and market data Maintain internal databases, CRM systems, and research tracking tools Ensure adherence to internal compliance policies related to corporate access and information management Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency Who You Are Bachelor's degree required with a strong academic track record 3+ years of experience in finance, investment management, consulting, or a similarly rigorous environment Demonstrated interest in public equities and financial markets Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, discreet, and sound judgment in handling sensitive information Comfortable working directly with senior investment professionals Calm, solutions-oriented, and resourceful under pressure Team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability What's Offered Competitive base salary of $120K - $150K + discretionary, performance-based bonus\ Direct exposure to seasoned Equity Portfolio Managers at a leading hedge fund Meaningful involvement in market-facing and investment-related activities High-performance, collaborative culture with strong long-term growth potential Comprehensive benefits package
