This Long-term Contract position focuses on account administration, transaction oversight, and cross-functional coordination across a broad range of wealth management products. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to maintain accurate, timely, and controlled operations.
Responsibilities:

  • Identify process enhancement opportunities that strengthen efficiency, improve team productivity, and reinforce controls within a risk-conscious operating environment.
  • Assist with audits, risk reviews, and control-related activities by following established procedures, maintaining documentation, and supporting adherence to internal protocols.
  • Contribute to change initiatives by helping define business needs, gathering requirements, and participating in user and regression testing for operational or technology-related updates.
