Position Overview Join the Talent Management Strategy & Operations team to help keep critical talent and recruiting processes running smoothly. You will provide hands-on support across Workday talent and performance processes and Avature, our applicant tracking system (ATS), helping users resolve issues, maintaining accurate reporting, and ensuring requests move from intake through closure. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Support active Workday talent and performance processes, including questions related to goals, eligibility, routing, notifications, and visibility. Provide support for Avature, our ATS, including access, requisitions, candidate records, offers, job postings, workflows, and related operational issues. Monitor support channels, gather relevant information, categorize requests, coordinate with the appropriate owners, and maintain clear communication through resolution. Support functional testing, document issues and supporting evidence, coordinate retesting, and support production-readiness and post-release checks. Run operational reports and maintain trackers, investigate data exceptions, and prepare concise updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and next steps. Maintain procedures, job aids, testing records, decision logs, and handoff documentation. Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Experience supporting performance management, HR technology, People Operations, or talent acquisition in an enterprise environment. Hands-on experience with Workday Talent and Performance, or a comparable performance management platform, including troubleshooting, testing, or reporting. Experience supporting an applicant tracking system, including access, requisition, candidate, offer, or workflow questions. Strong organizational, issue-triage, data-validation, documentation, and follow-through skills. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Copilot, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Sound judgment when handling confidential employee and candidate information. Preferred Experience Direct experience with Workday Talent and Performance or Avature. Experience supporting global talent processes, HRIS or People IT teams, technology vendors, support queues, or testing activities.
