Job Description

About the Job The Plant/Press Manager will play a critical role in enhancing the overall efficiency and productivity of our facility. This position involves direct management of key supporting departments, including Maintenance, Shipping, Quality, and Human Resources. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Plant Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize operational performance across the plant. A deep understanding of flexible packaging, specifically in

WIDE WEB FLEXOGRAPHIC

(flexo) printing, is essential for this role.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a Continuous Improvement role, preferably in a Flexo manufacturing environment. In-depth understanding of flexible packaging, with specific expertise in wide web flexo printing. Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and guide managers and staff. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively. Proficiency in CI methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive efficiency improvements. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project execution.

Reporting Structure:

Will report directly to the General Manager.
