3 Months (Contract to Hire) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for implementing best practices, optimizing business processes, developing performance metrics, and leading strategic improvement efforts that enhance efficiency, quality, and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, process optimization, and audit management, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and sustainment of process improvement initiatives across multiple functional areas. Partner with business and operational leaders to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, quality, and productivity. Drive continuous improvement programs using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process excellence methodologies. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making. Identify, analyze, and resolve strategic operational challenges through structured problem-solving methods. Develop and deliver process documentation, training materials, and change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation. Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, assessments, and appraisals, ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards. Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action processes to support ongoing operational improvements. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Minimum 6+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, quality management, or related areas. Experience leading cross-functional continuous improvement projects with measurable results. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies. Experience with process audits, compliance programs, and quality management systems. Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, CMMI, or other industry-recognized process standards. Experience supporting program management processes, governance frameworks, and certification initiatives. Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
