Order Entry - Leadership Opportunity (Fully On-Site, 8-5pm, Suffolk County, NY) Are you ready to step into a leadership role and truly own a department? We are partnering with a stable manufacturing organization in Suffolk County that is seeking an experienced Order Entry professional ready to take the next step into management. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and continuous improvement and is ready to lead people, processes, and performance. In this role, you will be responsible for:- Leading and developing an order entry team
- Driving process improvement and operational efficiency
- Establishing and monitoring KPIs and productivity metrics
- Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accountability across workflows
- Partnering with senior leadership on performance and growth initiatives What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of order entry experience
- Strong focus on process, metrics, and continuous improvement
- A leadership mindset with the ability to step in and elevate performance
