Education:

Bachelor s Degree required, preferable focus on healthcare administration.

Experience:

Minimum of ten years experience in healthcare finance, reimbursement and decision support, including with progressive supervisory responsibility.

Summary:

The Director of Reimbursement and Decision Support is responsible for the oversight of the organization s reimbursement structure and reporting systems, and decision support systems, including the related financial analytics on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis, maintaining decision support systems and partnering with the System Finance and Decision Support functions. The Director is expected to oversee the analytical needs of the organization, develop and publish key financial metrics for leadership decision-making purposes, and collaborate with cost center leaders on individual reporting and decision support needs. The Director is also expected to oversee reimbursement modeling for month and year-end reporting, provider analytics, and internal accounting reports (ex. service line financial reporting).

Salary Range:
