Operations Analyst - Hybrid#26-06577 White Plains, NY Hybrid Contract Starts 6/22/2026 Ends 6/20/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Operations Analyst - Hybrid position with a Major Financial Institution located in White Plains, NY. This is a 12 month contract opportunity. Pay range up to: $53.51 per hour This role supports the Collateral & Margin Management group, focusing on enhancing organizational efficiency by analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and assisting with data-driven decision-making to improve operational performance.

Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement Develop reports and dashboards to support business planning and performance monitoring Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and implement process enhancements Assist in developing and tracking key performance indicators Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership based on analysis Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Senior-level experience (10 years) in business analysis, operations, or process improvement Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with process mapping and project management tools Effectivemunication skills and ability to work collaboratively Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
