This role partners closely with Continuous Improvement leadership and cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps, develop actionable solutions, and implement sustainable improvements. The analyst plays a key role in building dashboards, standardizing processes, and enabling better decision-making across the logistics network. Through analytics and Lean-driven initiatives, this position helps improve service levels, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency. Why This Role Matters Enables end-to-end visibility across transportation and warehousing operations through data and analytics. Drives measurable improvements in cost efficiency, service performance, and productivity across the logistics network. Supports strategic decision-making by identifying operational gaps and improvement opportunities. Ensures sustainable operational excellence through standardization, process optimization, and change management support. What You Will Do Execute Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with CI leadership and operational teams. Analyze transportation and warehousing data from systems such as TMS, WMS, Cass, SAP TM, and others to identify trends and opportunities. Develop dashboards, KPI reporting tools, and performance analytics using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools. Conduct freight, routing, and network optimization analyses to improve transportation efficiency and reduce costs. Support warehouse process improvement initiatives including receiving, picking, packing, inventory flow, and automation assessments. Assist in business case development, ROI analysis, and implementation tracking for CI projects. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in logistics operations within transportation, warehousing, or distribution environments is desired. Proven experience supporting or leading Lean or Continuous Improvement initiatives in multi-site or network operations, with Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred (Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus). Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and enterprise systems such as SAP TM and WMS. #LI-AP3 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
