Role:

The Quality Analyst is responsible for executing the day-to-day tasks of the quality assurance program. This role focuses on evaluating back-office tasks against established standards, meticulously documenting findings, and identifying areas for improvement or risk. The Quality Analyst is essential for ensuring adherence to quality guidelines, providing accurate data for performance analysis, and supporting the continuous improvement of our processes through detailed and consistent evaluations.

Responsibilities:

QA Evaluation Execution:

Execute all assigned quality assurance evaluations within specified deadlines, adhering to established procedures and scoring guidelines.

Data & System Management:

Accurately and completely record all evaluation findings, scores, and feedback in the Northstar QA system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.

Documentation & Tracking:

Maintain the "Back Office Markdown Tracker" by uploading completed QA documents, ensuring all required fields are accurately filled, and logging tasks requiring follow-up in the "Service Recovery" tab.

Risk & Compliance Escalation:

Promptly notify relevant parties of potential high-risk defects or compliance issues identified during evaluations to facilitate documented coaching and immediate action.

Service Recovery Execution:

Complete assigned service recovery tasks to correct errors or address issues identified during the QA assessment process, ensuring customer satisfaction and process correction.

Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with quality assurance principles and practices.
• Clear and concise written communication skills for documenting findings.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures accurately.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cary, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
