Operations Process Analyst Job Description The Operations Process Analyst will support operations, supply chain, and program management teams by documenting processes, identifying inefficiencies, and helping build scalable workflows. This is a highly hands-on role that combines process analysis with real-time operational support. The ideal candidate can operate independently, quickly understand how work gets done today, and help define how it should work at scale. Responsibilities Document current operational processes and identify areas for improvement. Analyze workflows to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Support supply chain and program management teams in process optimization. Gather and document business requirements to inform process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements. Essential Skills Experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain environments. Strong experience with process improvement and workflow analysis. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Understanding of inventory management and material flow. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Skills & Qualifications ERP experience (NetSuite or similar). Experience with reporting tools (Power BI or similar). Background in process transformation or continuous improvement. Experience working in a high-growth or scaling environment. Work Environment Onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing and operations environment. Highly collaborative and cross-functional with a mix of strategic work and hands-on execution. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $46.15 - $60.10/hr.
