Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Grants Associate to join our dynamic nonprofit organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the full lifecycle of grant processes, from research and proposal development to submission and reporting. Your expertise will support our mission by securing vital funding from government agencies, foundations, and community organizations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Review and verify wire transfer requests, ensuring accuracy of recipient information, including name, account number and bank details by confirming with the recipient. Conduct due diligence on recipients to identify potential red flags for fraudulent activity. Assist in the completion of reconciliation of assigned branch investment accounts, including: Data Entry Holdings Reconciliation Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve reconciliation issues in assigned branch accounts open external investment accounts Assist with the data integrity of Stellar Review trade instructions for assigned account Assist the Investment Operations team with special assignments and projects
