Responsibilities Lead and manage a continuous improvement team focused on enhancing customer delivery and supply chain performance. Influence and align cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to drive complex improvement initiatives from concept through implementation. Partner with leadership to establish improvement goals, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources to the highest-impact opportunities. Develop and manage a structured process to identify, triage, and implement improvement opportunities across the end-to-end value chain. Lead cross-functional improvement projects in collaboration with Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, and business teams. Conduct thorough, analytical assessments of the value chain to identify risks, recurring issues, and root causes impacting customer delivery. Apply structured problem-solving and critical-thinking approaches to deliver sustainable, data-driven solutions.
