Purpose and Mission Responsible for leading projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness

Key Activities and Responsibilities Project Management:

Lead and manage OpEx projects from initiation to completion, ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Sustainability:

Imlement initiatives that support Bekaert's sustainability goals and reduce the environmental impact of operations.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements across various departments. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with OpEx standards.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Training and Development:

Provide training and guidance to teams on OpEx principles and methodologies, foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Skills Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Previous Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related field, with a focus on local or regional operations Qualifications and Education Master's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a relevant field Be bold and take the leap!
