Description Responsible for defining, developing, and implementing optimized operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety within our fulfillment center. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our merchants' B2B orders, ensuring every shipment moves through our regional fulfillment network accurately, on time and in optimal condition. Collaborate with operations, product, B2B customers and fulfillment center leadership to elevate merchant satisfaction, reduce costs and accelerate order throughput. Lead cross functional improvement projects across country and region level operations, identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing solutions that boost quality, lower expenses and optimize system performance. Monitor and analyze critical KPIs to pinpoint trends, diagnose root causes and prioritize high impact interventions. Develop and execute the B2B product roadmap, leveraging data insights to define
quarterly and annual milestones, introduce new features for merchant growth and continuously refine platform capabilities. Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to streamline order sortation, carrier selection and routing compliance, ensuring alignment with merchants' distribution guidelines and regulatory requirements. Provide regular updates to fulfillment center leadership, customer-facing teams and executive stakeholders on order flows, carrier performance, integration status and recommended next steps for process enhancements. Conduct end to end process mapping and value stream analyses of each B2B order flow from entry to delivery to pinpoint bottlenecks and create standardized operating procedures that can be replicated across sites. Utilize data driven capacity modeling, process analysis, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to quantify operational constraints, validate hypotheses, and design targeted solutions that measurably boost throughput and quality. Perform in depth evaluations of fulfillment center operations by examining material flow, equipment utilization, inventory management and layout to identify tactical improvements that streamline day to day workflows. Design and implement standard operating procedures
(SOPs) aimed at increasing safety, accuracy, and efficiency within fulfillment center environments. Conduct regular process audits to identify compliance gaps, mitigate risk, and ensure adherence to internal policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Must have bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration or a closely related field, and five (5) years of experience in continuous improvement manager role or in an operations management leadership role in a high volume fulfillment or logistics environment.
