Job Description
Our client, a global specialty chemical manufacturer, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to improve the effectiveness of its commercial organization. This is not a traditional sales coordinator role. You'll work closely with sales leadership to improve processes, develop training programs, optimize CRM usage, analyze performance metrics, and ensure the sales team has the tools and resources needed to succeed. You'll collaborate across sales, marketing, product management, operations, supply chain, and R&D to drive continuous improvement throughout the commercial organization. What You'll Do Develop and deliver onboarding and training programs for new sales team members Create sales playbooks, training materials, and best practices Drive adoption and optimization of CRM and sales enablement tools Analyze sales performance, pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and other KPIs Identify trends and recommend improvements to increase commercial effectiveness Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D Gather and communicate Voice of Customer feedback to internal stakeholders Improve sales processes and standardize commercial workflows Support continuous improvement initiatives across the commercial organization Help ensure alignment between commercial strategy and field execution What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Enablement, Product Management, Marketing, or a related business function Experience working with CRM platforms and ERP systems Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent communication and project management abilities Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority Experience supporting sales organizations is highly preferred Experience in manufacturing, specialty chemicals, industrial products, or other B2B industries is a plus Why You'll Love This Opportunity Join a stable global manufacturing organization High-impact role supporting commercial leadership Opportunity to improve business processes and influence strategy Work cross-functionally with multiple business units Collaborative team environment Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits Limited domestic and international travel
