Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Process Improvement Program Manager to drive impactful process improvement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities Lead and implement process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Facilitate cross-functional project teams to enhance operational efficiency. Analyze existing processes and develop metrics for performance measurement. Identify root causes of problems and align improvements with performance goals. Deliver presentations and training on process improvement techniques. Communicate progress and findings to stakeholders effectively. Conduct cost and benefit analyses to support project decisions. Skills Proven experience in managing complex projects across multiple teams. Strong knowledge of regulated quality systems such as ISO 13485 or FDA Quality System Regulation. Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Preferred Skills Experience in supporting complaint handling and quality management systems. Ability to work effectively in global or cross-functional teams. Strong stakeholder management skills.
