Client Operations Analyst | Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) Contract-to-Hire Our financial services client is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Operations Analyst to support a dynamic portfolio of institutional and corporate clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with banking or payments operations experience who enjoys solving problems, collaborating cross-functionally, and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing portfolio administration activities, supporting operational workflows, resolving client-impacting incidents, and driving process improvements across the organization.What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage client onboarding activities, account maintenance, and portfolio administration workflows
- Monitor and troubleshoot operational incidents, coordinate issue resolution, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client operational inquiries and support requests
- Partner with Operations, Technology, and Product teams to improve processes and reduce operational risk
- Prepare reporting, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate operational insights and trends
- Maintain accurate documentation, status tracking, and portfolio reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational control practices
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in banking, payments operations, treasury services, cash management, or related environments
- Strong client service and stakeholder management experience
- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting) and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Experience:
- FX operations exposure (settlements, confirmations, funding, cutoffs, etc.)
- Experience with SWIFT messaging and/or
ISO 20022
- Familiarity with incident management, workflow tools, or ticketing systems
- Experience partnering with technology teams on operational improvements or issue remediation This role is ideal for someone who thrives in operational environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to grow within a globally recognized financial institution.
