Are you interested in supporting a global travel and expense program that enables staff to travel efficiently and effectively? Join MathWorks as a Corporate Travel Operations Analyst and play a key role in partnering with staff and vendors to coordinate, monitor, and continually improve worldwide travel operations. In this role, you will manage the travel reservation platform providing travel reporting and insights, support vendor relationships and contract renewals, respond to staff inquiries, and assist with company-sponsored events. You will partner with staff and stakeholders worldwide to deliver efficient travel services and a high-quality customer experience. Oversee and improve the corporate travel reservation system and related documentation, ensuring the configuration properly leverages new technical capabilities, applies corporate guidelines and provides staff and leaders with an efficient reservation experience. Partner with Finance management and regional stakeholders to create timely and accuratereporting that provides insight into global travel patterns. Assist with managing travel suppliers as well as the negotiation and renewal of related travel contracts. Serve as a key partner to stakeholders in various departments to support the planning and execution of transportation and logistics for company sponsored meetings, conferences, and special events. Provide support to staff for internal meetings, making, modifying or canceling complex reservations, as well as travel-related questions and issues. Provide on-site event support when required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, Travel Management, Communications, or related discipline. Strong systems aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn, understand, and adapt to new platforms, tools, and technology-enabled processes. Previous experience within a corporate travel department or in the travel industry Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset High attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and accuracy A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required. Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction. Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
