Job Description
Experteer Overview In this role you drive the onboarding and maintenance of international institutional accounts, coordinating with global teams and custodians. You act as a process-driven project manager to streamline operations and resolve cross-border trading issues. You support sales and client service leaders to meet the needs of institutional clients across Americas and APAC. You will contribute to scalable workflows and compliance in a fast-paced, international environment. Compensation / Benefits
- Oversee onboarding of institutional segregated and fund accounts in Americas and APAC
- Serve as subject matter expert on international institutional funds and separately managed accounts
- Support complex client service requests from Institutional Sales and Client Services
- Design, document, and implement workflows to improve service for international clients
- Document and address nonstandard operational issues in international trading, directed brokerage, and related operations
- Coordinate with custodians and lead contract revisions between clients and internal teams
- Monitor and understand compliance issues specific to international institutional activity
- Communicate detailed account information to senior leadership
- Assist in the ongoing development of the Institutional Client Operations Team Tasks
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-5 years in the financial services industry; APAC experience is helpful
- Knowledge of securities, financial markets, and institutional accounts
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Project management experience and ability to adapt workload by priority
- Accountability, attention to detail, and self-motivation Key requirements
