Job Description
Additional Information About the Role BJC is seeking a Lead Performance Improvement Consultant to support our Medical Group. This role partners closely with physician offices and clinics across the St. Louis area. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, along with experience collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders. This is a hybrid position that requires being on site several days a week. Must be located in the Greater St. Louis area. Responsible for contributing to the development of best practices and optimization of resources and tools within projects and across improvement efforts. Mentors, trains and develops team members and employees in continuous process improvement methodologies and operational excellence practices. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
