Impact Global Markets:

Support key stages of the trade lifecycle, helping ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently on behalf of our clients.

Solve Real Operational Challenges:

Investigate issues, analyze discrepancies, and work with teams across the business to deliver timely solutions.

Strengthen Controls & Improve How We Work:

Perform essential checks that help safeguard our business, while contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the adoption of new technologies.

Build Strong Client Partnerships:

Work directly with internal teams and external clients to resolve queries, support trade processing, and ensure a smooth front‑to‑back experience.

Build Market & Product Knowledge:

Develop a strong understanding of financial products, operational workflows, and the systems that enable global trading at scale. What we'll need from you: Strong communication and teamwork skills High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Positive can-do attitude and eagerness to learn Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Bachelor's/University degree.
