Preschool Gymnastics Department Leader

What You'll Be Doing:

A Department Leader is one of the top-level supervisor positions in our organization. Here, you are the leader of an entire department. Your focus is on leading the instructors/coaches in your department, delegating effectively, obtaining buy-in, communicating to your staff, and ensuring results are met which are driven by mutual goals.

Basic Duties Include:

• Create and maintain yearly program curriculum with theme weeks.
• Prepare a Program newsletter, calendar, and update theme board(s).
• Maintain charts / methods of tracking gymnasts progress.
• Drive new business and maintain enrollment expectations.
• Lead/Inspire and Manage Munchkins in Motion Staff
• Show Week Coordination

Attend Weekly Leadership Meetings What You'll Need:

Minimum of 3 years in one or more of the following: Class instructor or coach at Greater Buffalo Gymnastics Experience in gymnastics Sports coaching, sports motivation Athletic performance or an aptitude for teaching and mentoring Demonstrating a desire to work with and interact with children
