Position Summary The Operations Analyst is responsible for independently developing and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing manufacturing capacity, labor utilization, inventory levels, and material availability. The position exercises independent judgment in balancing competing operational priorities and resolving production constraints to support business objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain short-term and long-term production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, inventory targets, and manufacturing capacity. Analyze machine capacity, labor availability, material supply, and production constraints to determine production priorities and sequencing. Independently adjust production schedules to address changing customer requirements, equipment downtime, labor shortages, material shortages, and other operational disruptions. Evaluate alternative production scenarios and determine the most effective use of manufacturing resources to achieve delivery and cost objectives. Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Customer Service and Shipping personnel to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure continuity of production. Monitor key performance indicators including schedule attainment, on-time delivery, inventory levels, and capacity utilization. Execute changes to production strategies, inventory policies, and resource allocation based on operational analysis and business needs. Identify bottlenecks and develop corrective action plans to improve production flow and efficiency. Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) activities and provide recommendations regarding production capacity and demand fulfillment. Exercise discretion and independent judgment in determining production priorities and allocating manufacturing resources to meet organizational objectives.

Experience:
6 to 8 years of experience in field. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration or equivalent work experience. Licenses /
