Job Description
Company Summary CRISP Shared Services (CSS) serves as the technology partner for health information exchange (HIE) partners in Maryland, DC, West Virginia, Connecticut, Alaska, Virginia, Kentucky, Florida, and other jurisdictions. CSS facilitates the electronic transfer of clinical information between disparate information systems in order to positively impact the healthcare system through improved patient care and outcomes, reduced costs, and data-driven understanding of regional public health concerns. Job Summary The primary function of the Operations Support Analyst is to support routine reporting, general CRISP operations and governance committees. Responsibilities include gathering project updates for monthly grant reporting, scheduling committee meetings, assisting in drafting meeting agendas, supporting leadership with administrative tasks, assisting with the grant management process, and compiling operational metrics. This role acts as a bridge between operational execution and governance requirements, ensuring smooth workflows and accurate preparation for governance reviews, board meetings, and internal audits. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned. Prepare updates and add work performed to monthly invoices or other tracking mechanisms Ensure all required documentation and metrics submitted to agencies comply with grant agreements and contracts Work closely with Project Managers to track progress on grant and program deliverables Coordinate and complete updates to project trackers, invoices, and UKG codes Regularly interface with both internal CSS stakeholders as well as external stakeholders Manage and improve daily operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and report on operational performance metrics Assist with governance preparation, including drafting reports, compiling data, creating materials for board or committee review, and writing meeting minutes Maintain and update governance-related documentation such as policies, procedures, and compliance checklists Coordinate scheduling and logistics for governance meetings, and ensure required documentation is ready in advance Facilitate issue tracking, resolution follow-ups, and continuous process improvement initiatives Work closely with leadership to align operational activities with organizational goals and governance standards Serve as a point of contact for internal inquiries about governance processes and operational procedures Attend all CRISP governance committee meetings, provide coordination and support to committees Qualifications To perform this job successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Outstanding communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with both a technical and non-technical audience Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills with all levels in the organization, including external stakeholders Possession and demonstration of high productivity, flexibility, creativity and good judgment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office Applications, database and spreadsheet software. Microsoft Excel skills (i.e. create pivot tables and lookup formulas) Familiarity with healthcare industry preferred Able to prioritize and manage multiple job duties, including personal time management and organizational skills Able to employ critical thinking skills and work independently while also working well within a team environment Demonstrate a sense of ownership or responsibility for work as assigned Provide outstanding customer service focused assistance to all internal and external customers Strong quantitative and analytical ability Familiarity with governance frameworks Experience and/or Education Requirements Bachelor's degree required 2+ years grant coordination, project coordination, or relevant public health experience preferred Compensations and Benefits Package Targeted base salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and bonuses. Benefits include the following but are not limited to health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. CSS also has a 403(b) plan with discretionary employer match and contributions. You will be eligible for 20 days of Paid Time Off per year (accrued in accordance with CSS's policies). PTO is in addition to 8 company designated holidays. If you are not PTO eligible, you may be eligible for applicable state and/or local sick and safe leave in accordance with the provisions of any applicable state and/or local sick and safe leave laws.
