Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Process Consultant - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role will provide Single Process Inventory (SPI) subject matter expertise to stakeholders, supporting senior leadership and the process community. The ideal candidate will establish and execute formal routines, facilitate engagement with risk partners to mitigate process risks, and prepare strategic updates for leadership.
Responsibilities:
Provide Single Process Inventory (SPI) subject matter expertise to stakeholders Establish and execute formal routines to support the Relationship Manager with ensuring the SLT and process community process needs are met Prepare strategic updates to aligned Senior Executive Leadership and Process Teams Facilitate engagement with Process Teams and 2nd line risk partners to proactively manage and mitigate risks associated with the assigned process portfolio Identify and execute a longer-term approach to migrate from the current intake system (SharePoint) toward JIRA or another request/pipeline tool Design target state process inventory dashboards Proactively monitor and manage CTI Intake Requests, Change Request Approvals, and Process Map Approvals Manage Challenge Responses & Remediation, ensuring timely and effective resolutions Serve as a dedicated process Subject Matter Expert for CTI divisions, offering guidance and support for new processes Take ownership of managing Issues Alignments & Timelines, preparing comprehensive reports for
Process Health Assessments and Portfolio Health Dashboards Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field 3-5 years in relationship management, project management, or process improvement roles Process design/process improvement experience generating quantifiable productivity gains Strong analytical skills and ability to distill insights and themes from large amounts of data High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week onsite Desired skills: MBA or certifications like PMP, or Six Sigma Experience with PowerQuery, SQL, and Tableau Pay range: $78.03 - $86.03 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
