An Operations Analyst analyzes systems and processes in an organization or business and uses findings to help solve problems and improve management. Uses advanced statistical and mathematical models and computer software to analyze a wide variety of data; collaborates with other analysts and with the management of an organization.
This position is part of the Operational Excellence Department and is based at the Support Center in West Covina. The Restaurant Process Analyst supports the successful execution of new product launches, operational improvements, and restaurant initiatives across the system. This role assists in evaluating the operational practicality, financial impact, and scalability of new menu items, equipment, and processes prior to broader implementation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Restaurant Process Analyst helps assess how new concepts can be effectively integrated into restaurant operations through pilot testing, operational observations, data analysis, and feedback gathering. The role contributes to ensuring that new initiatives can be implemented smoothly in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining standards for quality, speed of service, and profitability.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality | Food Service Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in QSR operations or in analytical and process‑focused roles such as operations analysis, process improvement, project management, or product commercialization. Experience conducting pilots, operational assessments, or supporting new product launches is highly desirable. Training, License & Certification Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred but not required) Project Management Professional Certification Restaurant Operations related training, licensing or certifications from organizations or any equivalent combination of education & experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. Essential Skills Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in statistical forecasting methods and data analysis Excellent knowledge of demand planning software and tools (e.g., SAP APO, ANAPLAN, IBP, etc) including complementary tools such as Power Business Intelligence (Power BI), Power Query, etc. Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP

Salary Range:
