Job Description
Service, Sales, & Marketing Analyst Tiburon Strategic Advisors - 2.0 Belvedere Tiburon, CA Job Details Full-time $30 - $40 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Sales support Presentation software Research Administrative experience Attention to detail Presentation creation Training Analytics Full Job Description Tiburon service, sales, & marketing analysts' roles present entry level candidates the opportunity to participate in the firm's substantial growth, either in a service or a marketing & sales capacity. The collective goal of the Tiburon service, sales, & marketing analysts are to service Tiburon 700+ corporate members & other institutional clients and 3,000+ Tiburon C-Suite member executives, to market the firm's services, and to assist more firms in becoming Tiburon members. The ideal candidates will have experience in and be excited to support current service, sales, & marketing activities, including Tiburon's Salesforce contacts database (e.g., processing Tiburon Research Release returns, conducting company analysis, & other database building efforts), Tiburon's service & sales campaigns, Tiburon's prospect relationships, Tiburon Research Releases, the Tiburon website, Tiburon social media efforts & other tech-forward marketing, Tiburon media relations, and the administration & analytics supporting the firm's signature Tiburon CEO Summits and its Tiburon Impact Adventures. Meticulous, accurate, high-volume work is what drives Tiburon's service, sales, & marketing efforts. Tiburon service, sales, & marketing analyst roles will have slightly different points of focus across these activities. All service, sales, & marketing analyst opportunities are for those wanting a fast-paced and accountable culture, for those who want to learn and get ahead; these are not roles for someone(s) looking to take it easy, to be given daily direction, or to learn over a long time period. These opportunities also present the opportunity to assist in major transformations to a more streamlined business model, a remote work environment, and potentially a new ownership structure. These roles require a unique skill set; the right candidates must be organized, intelligent, analytical, efficient, detail oriented, humble enough to immediately and independently follow tightly-defined existing service, sales, & marketing methods, and savvy enough to later help develop those methods and train other employees. Knowledge of PowerPoint is mandatory; experience with Salesforce, prospect relationships, digital marketing, or the administrative & analytical aspects of large professional events would be beneficial. Tiburon prefers candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area or the New York City area where the firm's employees meet approximately monthly for in-person work weeks.
