The position leads key initiatives spanning network design, facility build and modifications, warehouse systems optimization, and operational performance improvements. Serving as a critical link between operations, finance, IT, contractors, and external partners, this role ensures alignment across network strategy, facility design, material handling equipment (MHE), and fleet/facilities integration. The position also provides hands-on support to distribution centers, driving standardization, reporting visibility, and efficiency improvements. Shift Schedule (If Applicable): Exempt position (M-F 8AM-430PM)Remote/Hybrid Work Eligibility & Travel Requirements (If Applicable): Remote Position with 50% expected travel.

Not Applicable What will you do as a Sr. Manager Continuous Improvement & Supply Chain Network at Dawn Foods?
Lead supply chain network initiatives including distribution center builds, relocations, expansions, and capital improvement projects, ensuring alignment across fleet, facilities, and MHE design.
Serve as the supply chain representative for new building requirements, acting as a liaison between Dawn and contractors to ensure operational needs are translated into facility design and execution.
Support network optimization through layout design, storage configuration, slotting strategies, and material flow improvements.
Provide on-site and remote operational support to distribution centers, improving performance in safety, service, and cost.
Maintain and optimize pick path logic (updated biannually) to ensure efficient product flow and warehouse productivity.
Partners with site teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities, standardize best practices, and sustain results across the network.
Focus on operational accuracy, including addressing locations with inconsistent FEFO (First Expired, First Out) execution.
Leverage SAP, BI tools, and other data sources to develop and deliver actionable reporting (e.g., returns, delivery performance, network efficiency).Support real-time reporting capabilities to improve operational visibility and decision-making.
Utilize WMS, ELS, and slot optimization systems to drive productivity improvements and labor efficiency.
Oversee barcode creation and racking identification standards to ensure accuracy and traceability.
Act as a liaison across operations, IT, finance, contractors, and leadership to align priorities, communicate requirements, and drive execution.
Translate technical system capabilities into clear, actionable insights for business users at all levels.
Support training and adoption of systems and tools across the network.
