What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in a highly analytical role. Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills. Experience analyzing sales, expenses, profitability, and operational performance metrics. Advanced knowledge of SQL and the ability to leverage data to address business challenges. Experience applying statistical and analytical techniques to support decision-making. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to communicate complex information clearly to a variety of audiences.
